SCOPE OF SERVICE
The project approach that we adopt is through an integrated project delivery method with a “single point of contact for communications and responsibility”
that can save time and money for the clients and hence minimizes the potential risks for the clients.

PROJECT PLANNING COMMUNICATION & REPORTING
Single point of contact for all project communication between clients and third parties Establish meeting/ communication structure; Set up and monitor communication/ project procedures and requirement with project team Regular project updates to the clients to include design, procurement, financial and construction progress; change request approvals and outstanding actions Liaise with clients’ internal IT department/ Security department/ Facility management Preparation of project budget/ schedule for review/ approval Set up project design consultant team
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
Liaise with clients to co-ordinate their design requirements and approvals Verify and incorporate individual consultant’s requirements for production of concept/ detailed design information Manage consultants for development of detailed design packages and specifications for tendering Review all design packages with design consultant team/clients Conduct pre-value engineering – identify cost saving opportunities and make recommendations to the clients prior to tendering (if appropriate)
Liaise with clients for preparing project budget cost plan Manage the approved project budget cost plan vs actual costingConduct value engineering to identify cost saving opportunities and make recommendations to the clients after receiving tender proposal from contractors/ vendors (if appropriate) Prepare cost report for weekly update to clients including any cost variation due to design change and site constraint Prepare final financial close out report for approval
